Next Friday, Feb 6 2015 is National Wear Red day. Did you know 1 in 3 women die of heart disease each year. This can prevented and stopped. 80% of cardiac events can be prevented with education and lifestyle change. That is about 1 woman every minute. Show your support to women's heart health month (Feb) and wear red on Friday Feb 6. We all know of someone that has heart issues, so wear red for them. I will be wearing red for my mom who passed 4 years ago. Miss her dearly and she loved red, so this is for you mom.

New Mexico version of the Polar Bears. Snow on the ground and sitting in the hot tub with Jake, Jonas and Maddox.
WOW Jonas!
Love that Wii U, Smash Bros.
Can't replace good ole fashioned board games.
I just love this picture of the old wagon and the snow.
This wagon was actually on the old farm on east Atkinson many a year ago.
It's a new year, 2015 and what do you expect from this year? I'm excited about this year, a new year means new experiences, new challenges, new adventures. Yes it will also mean maybe some sadness, hardship, pain and changes, but all these things will help me grow.
I look forward this year to family, friends, my church and my growth in my Lord. I'm excited about a challenge to read the bible through in the year. To take better care of myself and to be a better person to those around me.
New Years resolutions, no, just changes and focus on the things and people that are around me. I want to always remember that the person is front of me is the most important person, that God has me in this place and time for a purpose, now I need to find that purpose and use it to His will.
As you will see and already know that my family is top on my list. I love spending time with them and it's all about them. Enjoy my pictures, sometimes with captions sometimes no need. Come laugh and cry with me this year and feel free to let me know you feelings.
